NutrEATion Month

Philippines is one of the
countries that urges right and proper nutrition on its countrymen. The
Department of Health and Department of Education announced that on the month of
July will be the Nutrition month.
Lots of activities are lunched
for the widespread dissemination of proper nutrition. This year’s theme for the
Nutrition month is “Kumain ng wasto at maging aktibo… Push natin to.”
Right nutrition is a key to a healthy and longer life. Eating
nutritious foods will make us free from diseases. Obesity and malnutrition is
the leading problem in today’s time. It is caused by sedentary lifestyle or
inactivity.
It can cause diseases like
diabetes, cardio respiratory diseases that can lead to death. Eating the right
amount of food and doing physical activities will prevent this from coming.
These diseases can be prevented
by being a healthy man and having a discipline in our life. By doing this we
can live happily and peacefully.
